Enter your billing and shipping information.
If you are using a Gift Certificate for your purchase,
add the certificate number after Checkout under
Payment Method dropbox.

When ordering by mail or fax: please be sure to indicate the quantities and product names of the cheeses you want. Include your name, billing address and phone number(s) and, if there is a different shipping address, include that as well.
When you place your order, please let us know how you wish to pay for your purchases.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please include your credit card number and the expiration date with your order.
We also require the security code that appears on your credit card, you'll find the security code numbers in the following places:
Visa and MasterCard: Look for a three-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. It immediately follows your account number.
American Express: Look for a four-digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the front of your card.
Please give us the exact name as it appears on your credit card and also the exact billing address for your credit card. We also accept personal checks and money orders.

Our cheese baskets and selections are available year-round. Last moment orders are welcome, and we can usually ship your order within a few days of its receipt.
When ordering, please indicate the week you wish for the cheese to be received.
Please list gift recipients separately, providing gift card instructions and complete street addresses and telephone numbers for each shipment. Please indicate the week you would like for the cheeses to be received.
