The perfect centerpiece for any event, this Three-tier Artisan Cheese Celebration Cake includes a selection of our Award-Winning, Handmade cheeses. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or any other celebration where there are guests who love cheese!

The cheese layers (from bottom to top tier) include:
Ancho Chile Caciotta - Mild, Mellow and Savory. Semi-Soft and Creamy. Our version of Monterey Jack is aged for at least two months (5 pounds)
Bierveza - Tart and a bit sharp. Bathed daily with a Belgian style Golden Strong Ale on the outside, our Beer Cheese has a Creamy inside (1.5 pounds)
Mascarpone Torta - Mascarpone elegantly layered with Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Pesto topped with Pine Nuts (.5 pounds)

If you are having friends or family over, this is the way to go! Such a beautiful display! Of course the cheeses taste phenomenal...it's Dallas Mozzarella Company! Also great to take to a function! It is delicious and such a hit!!! You will be the star of the evening:)

Ross at mozzarella Company sent this to us for my Grandmothers 90th birthday party last Saturday. It was a big hit and accommodated a huge crowd. I highly recommend it.
