1/2 pound Monte Festivo - Dense Goat's Milk cheese coated with mild, smokey flavored ancho chile paste to form a red rind. Aged for two months.
3/4 pound Scamorza - Our Scamorza is densely textured and hand-formed into 3/4 pound double-ball shapes. It's lightly smoked over pecan shells, waxed and aged.

Great Zoom gift

My boss sent this cheese plus wine for our Zoom meeting last month. We didn't know this company was local and just 10 minutes from where we live. We stopped by and they have a factory where they make the cheese and a small area where they sell cheese to the public. We also received a 10% coupon. Thanks!

Sharp Knife

Thank you mozzarella company the cheese was fantastic and the knife was extremely sharp. We really enjoyed the sample of Dolce Habanero and will be buying more of that in the future.
